In 2008, an 830,000 square-foot Spanish Town Center opened, which includes a 140,00 square foot Bass Pro Shop. Just a few miles away shoppers enjoy a 58-acre Eastern Shore Centre, which is a lovely lifestyle shopping center featuring more than 80 high-end stores. DAPHNE
Daphne is located in Baldwin County, AL, on the eastern shoreline of Mobile Bay, just off I-10. With the City population approximately 19,356 and growing, Daphne is the largest city in Baldwin County, with more than 3,500 students attending schools. Over the past few years, Daphne's population has increased by 30%. Daphne is perhaps most famous for being one of the few places in the world to experience the phenomenon known as a "Jubilee". This event brings blue crabs, shrimp and fish into the shallow waters of the shoreline, just waiting to be scooped up by those waiting to fill their ice chests. Thus giving us the title "The Jubilee City."
MONTROSE
Located between Fairhope and Daphne, Montrose exudes an air of settled, understated grace among the manicured manors of the mid-19th century.
This historical area has many breathtaking waterfront homes as well as small residential areas that are just as spectacular in their simplicity. The oak trees that hang over Scenic Hwy 98 and the colorful azaleas running along the coastline both give a beautiful view of the southern charm this little
community has to offer.
FAIRHOPE
With more than 100 years of history, Fairhope is a beautiful, quaint town where newcomers don't feel new, and natives never want to leave. A thriving city of 12,000 residents, Fairhope is situated high on the bluff of Mobile Bay's eastern shore, where the bay sparkles by day and reflects sunsets in the evening.

In Fairhope's captivating downtown, everything from unique shops, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants, to toy stores, hardware shops and gourmet grocers, line the streets of this vibrant city. Fairhope offers its residents and visitors a myriad of activities concerts on the bluffs, monthly "art walks," an annual triathlon and Mardi Gras parades reflecting the diversity of its citizenry. Voted the top 10 most romantic escapes by Coastal Living Magazine, Fairhope is truly a desirable community in which to relocate or to retire.
POINT CLEAR
The Eastern Shore's westernmost point of land, Point Clear ("Punta Clara") has the waters of Mobile Bay on both sides. Point Clear has been a popular resort since the 1840s, and is now home to the Grand Hotel Marriott Resort, Golf Club and Spa, a four-star tourist attraction.
